Writing Landscaping Resumes

writing landscaping resumes
Need help writing a resume for a friend with little expierence?

I'm helping my friend write his first resume, he's pretty much only had a couple jobs, dishwashing, construction, and landscaping, he's been through a really rough time that made it hard to hold a job. I can't think of really what to do with it, mine is pretty simple in itself, but I really want to help him get a job. It's his first resume, and I tried copying and pasting mine and entering in his information, but I had to delete a lot and it looked really plain. Any ideas at all? Do's and Don'ts? Tricks you've found out? things I should stray from writing? anything helps!

I would definitely focus on his skills or traits that would make him a good worker. For instance, is he sociable? Then he would make a good teammate. Is he meticulous? Then he would make a perfect worker. Those types of things are almost more important than previous work experience, especially if you include contacts to verify those traits. Hope this helped!
