What is the title to this children 's holiday movie?
I remember it from my childhood but I can't remember the name.
It was an animation and it wasn't frosty the snowman but It had a boy
and a snowman that came to life and he took the boy and they started flying
over these landscapes and scenery and I don't remember there being
any lines in this movie and I think the snowman took the boy to a place with more living snow people but realized the boy couldn't stay so he took him back home
the animation had the kind of style where the colors of the objects aren't uniform throughout so the colors look like they're constantly moving and looked like it was drawn with a pastel or something to that effect
