Hi, All , I am along with my friend planning to start a facility management services company in banglore, we have rented a office , please advice me on best way to reach the targeted market like MNCs And apartments , like just dial or webpage or by distributing pamplets, please note me and my friend has good expeience in house kepping , pest control , landscaping and building maintenance
this is nice that you have started new business, as a start you have to have some big contacts in service industry,
a) try to have some contract with any township construction company, or some it company, they will higher you more easily compared to other company,
b) news paper ads may not help bcoz for this services ppl prefer to go for personal contacts, try to distribute your contact details or cards among friends , as you have mentioned there are many ppl in your group, so there will be big group to approach
c) local radio station will be a good option for publicity.
