Do my landscape lights waste power?
I have a strand of landscape lights. I only have 3 - 10 watt bulbs on this strand. So in theory it uses 30 watts? Or is it continually using the 80 watts the transformer is rated for? Am I wasting money and energy?
Transformers get hot so there must be a loss of energy in the form of heat.
