Weeding Gravel Walkway to home?
okay, im no landscape or lawn n garden genius, im just the kinda guy who mows his yard and let the rest go lol. here recently we built a gravel walkway leading to our back door, due to muddy-ness and to make it look better...and i know whats coming, i shouldve layed plastic down before laying out the gravel, but i didnt lol. NOW, ive got clover/grass/weeds trying to come up thru the rocks. i bought some weed/grass killer,and about 3 times a week ive been spraying the spots, and slowly they are dying and wilting, but now theyre sprouting everywhere in the gravel, not just spots lol! any advice or reccomended spray killers(not over 100 bucks and not used with water hose because my hook up is on the other end of the house and wont reach)? Or, am I going to be stuck weeding by hand each little blade and clover
You should try total vegetation killer, not just weed killer. Nothing is supposed to grow there for at least a year. I looked up Ortho Groundclear Triox Total Vegetation Killer.
