Landscaping Grass Help
My entire lawn looks horrible. I sprayed Weed Control (dont ask why) and entire lawn was killed. Grass became yellow/brown and then everything died and now crab grass, weed, other stuff is just growing. Everything other than grass. I have sprayed Fertilizers, Micracle Grow, seeded it and still nothing.
Should I wait another year, maybe winter may kill everything and regrow itself and then I can manage it? Has anyone experienced the same before and any true landscaping advice?

Your gonna need to get rid of those weeds. No telling without looking if their annual or perennial weeds. You wouldn't want them to get a head start on your grass. You might want to think about spraying a non-selective herbicide. (roundup or something) Fall just started there is plenty of time to take care of this problem right now. In fact, fall is considered the best time to plant grass seed because it will not have to compete with weeds as much. Most herbicides say you can plant 2 days after applying herbicide maybe a week. Read labels carefully! Apply as directed. Rake up dirt really well so the grass can take hold and by Good grass seed. It should be a landscape mix with Kentucky blue and a Perennial rye. Stay away from mixes with a high percent of annual rye seed. Put straw over seed (sparingly) you don't want to smother the plant and keep sun out (keep moisture in) and rake off after grass is well under way. Good luck but hurry time is a wasting and just get it over with so you won't have to worry about it next year and watch all the weeds come up with the new grass!
