Is the price of $8,950 fair for a 12 x 12 deck, low to the ground, in trex composite material?
This includes removal of an old deck, clearing away debris from under the deck and putting landscape stones under the deck. The deck would be made out of Trek material, never needing staining/painting. I live in the Midwest. Thanks for any input you can give me!
The going average rate in Georgia is $10.00 a sq ft and $10.00 a linear foot for handrails. That is for just building one from Pressure Treated Lumber not Trex deck so check them out very well, they must be awful hungry.
