can someone describe what Cheney, Washington looks like?
i've been told that Cheney wash looks just like the plains or alot like colorado, while seattle and the western side of the state its very green. is this true and could you describe what the landscape is? thanks!
Not quite, but yes, Cheney is in Eastern Washington ( a suburb of Spokane) which is essentially a desert. Still Cheney sits a bit higher and does have some forested areas and a couple lakes nearby. And yes, Western Washington, Seattle and the entire coastal areas are totally different with much cooler summer temps and warmer winters and lots more rain. Cheney/Greater Spokane get very hot in the summer and very cold & snowy in the winter while Seattle & the west stay between 40 and 70 year round. As a footnote, Cheney does have good public transportation connecting Spokane and the metro area on the STA system. Good Luck!
