Question:
a developer proposes to build desperately needed low-income housing
within an environmentally sensitive area in your community. The municipality might
oppose the development and you could be hired by the developer to make her case. If you
were presented with the following, how do you think you would proceed to propose solutions to this problems

The down economy right now and the benefits the development would bring (jobs, affordable housing - better acronym than low-income housing), outweigh the impacts to the sensitive environment. Incorporate environmentally friendly building materials and design and also "set aside" certain areas for parks or undeveloped portions of the area. Good Luck.
