Can PL Landscape Block Adhesive hold weight?
If I glued two cinder blocks together with PL landscape block adhesive and I picked up one would it be strong enough to hold up the other?
Yes it would hold up the other block. Cinder blocks are very light. It is not designed for that though. It is designed to have high lateral strength. You are describing something that needs high tensile strength.
