Transparent adhesives for landscaping?
Hey all
This been bothering me for a while and hope some one can help.
In Melbourne CBD, I see sections of the footpath where trees are planted. Look closely at the base of the plant, you'll find that the council have put a layer of pebbles around the trees. It seems that these pebbles have been glued to form a layer of "soft concrete".
Anyone knows what material did they use to make such soft concrete???
