Is $933 for rent and utilities too much for a North Hollywood home with roommates?
I am looking at a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft. house in North Hollywood.
It is priced at 2,400 a month...So, I am figuring about 400 a month in utilities (water, electricity, cable, trash).
With utilities, me an my two roomates are looking to spend about $933 a month for the place.
Is that too high or a good price?
There is a jaccuzzi in the backyard, hardwood floors, nice landscaping, patio, 2 car garage
OH! You were saying $950, and we thought that was the whole thing. Even at $2400, that seems like a good price. Here in St. Louis, a small 2 bedroom apartment with no amenities at all is about $750 to $800.
Have you looked at other properties? Does this price seem to be inline with those? Can you afford it?
It still sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
